ESIC UG Bond निर्धारित Proforma Rs. 500/- रुपए र्ात्र के INDIA NON- में JUDICIAL STAMP PAPER Norary पर बना हुआ होना चाहहए और । द्वारा सत्यापपत होना चाहहए The ESIC UG Bond must be prepared on an Indian Non-Judicial Stamp Paper worth Rs. 500/- only, in the prescribed format, and must be duly notarized. 2. 02 Anti-Ragging affidavit आवश्यक हैं जिसमे एक छात्र द्वारा और दसू रा माता- पपता/अभििावक द्वारा। प्रत्येक एटं ी-रैगगगं हलफनामा केवल 100 रुपये के न्यनू तम मल्ू य के िारतीय गैर-न्याययक स्टाम्प पेपर पर तयै ार ककया िाना चाहहए और पवगिवत नोटरीकृत होना चाहहए. Two Anti-Ragging affidavits are required – one by the student and the other by the parent/guardian. Each Anti-Ragging affidavit must be prepared on an Indian Non- Judicial Stamp Paper of minimum value Rs. 100/- only and must be duly notarized.
