What is NEET UG Counselling?
NEET UG counselling is the centralized admission process for MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BSMS and other undergraduate medical courses in India. The counselling is conducted by multiple authorities including MCC (Medical Counselling Committee) for All India Quota seats and respective state authorities for state quota seats.
Counselling Authorities
MCC (Medical Counselling Committee)
Conducts counselling for 15% All India Quota seats, deemed universities, central universities, ESIC, and AIIMS/JIPMER.

Counselling Process Overview
- Registration — Register on the counselling website with your NEET roll number and other details.

- Choice Filling & Locking — Select and prioritize your preferred colleges and courses. Lock before the deadline.
- Seat Allotment — Based on your rank, preferences, seat availability, and reservation criteria.
- Document Verification — Upload and verify required documents online.
- Reporting — Report to the allotted college within the given timeframe.
