Preamble: The Governnment of Haryyana with the intent of provviding affordaable, quality mmedical care tto the public and to bridgge the gap betwween demandd and supply oof medical proofessionals forr quality healthh care in the State envisaages a policy tto incentivize MBBS doctoors graduatingg from Governnment/Governnment Aided Medical Coolleges establiished by the State of Haryyana to servee in Governmment sector foor further up scaling and strengtheningg overall healtth facilities in the State and hereby notiffiies the policy as under – 2. Definitions: (a) “Pubblic Health Institutions”” shall meann and includee all Governnment Medicaal Colleges, Distrrict/Sub Divissional Hospitaals, Communiity Health Ceenters, Primarry Health Cennters, Health initiaatives like NHHM/Ayushmaan Bharat/CHHIRAYU/NIROOGI HARYAANA or any other health care schemes or pprograms of thhe Governmennt/Health Instiitutions establlished by the GGovernment of Haryana. (b) “Govvernment/Goovernment aaided Mediccal Colleges”” shall incluude Collegess/Institutions impaarting Medicall Education annd establishedd by State Govvernment.
