Whereas on the basis of the merit, the student was offered MBBS/BDS courses available at the time of his/her counselling and he/ she has been admitted in the course at the College/Institution with the understanding and subject to the undertaking that the student shall undergo the course on full time and regular basis and shall maintain the required standard of performance and shall not indulge any act of indiscipline/ misconduct. 4.
